Apple has released iPod Reset Utility 1.0.3 via its Software Update application or on the Web.

Apple  says: "Use iPod Reset Utility to restore the following iPod models back to their factory settings, when iTunes is unable to do so: iPod shuffle (1st Generation) and iPod shuffle (2nd Generation). The restore process completely erases all music and data on your iPod, and installs current iPod software on it."

Apple releases Time Machine and AirPort Updates v1.0 E-mail

Apple today released "Time Machine and AirPort Updates v1.0" which is recommended for all users and includes compatibility improvements for using Time Machine with Time Capsule, as well as AirPort driver fixes.

There are reports that this has fixed the issue many have been concerned about where Airport Extreme Base Stations with external USB drive was supposed to be able to use Time Machine, but Apple warned that this feature was not available at the time Leopard was released.

You have to have 10.5.2 client only...

Apple: iPhone says SDK downloads top 100,000 E-mail

Apple has announced that more than 100,000 iPhone developers have downloaded the beta iPhone Software Development Kit (SDK) in the first four days since its launch on March 6.

The iPhone SDK provides developers with the same rich set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and tools that Apple uses to create its native applications for iPhone and iPod touch. “Developer reaction to the iPhone SDK has been incredible with more than 100,000 downloads in the first four days,” said Philip Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing. “Also, over one million people have watched the launch video on Apple.com, further demonstrating the incredible interest developers have in creating applications for the iPhone.”

Apple has released the ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT Firmware Update via its Software Update application and on the Web.

Apple notes for this release: "This update is for Mac Pro computers with one or more ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics cards installed, running Mac OS X 10.5.2 or later with the Leopard Graphics Update. It updates the ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics card firmware on all of the ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT graphics cards in the Mac Pro to improve system stability."
